Accutel Conferencing Inc. is a North American leader in conferencing solutions via internet and/or telephone. The assignment was to develop a web based Billing & Reservation System (BRS) to integrate their reservations, customer management and billing systems into one interface that interacts with the telephony and Internet equipment. The system will also allow their customers to access any billing information online through an extranet site while providing them the ability to make reservations and access their account. The information stored on the extranet site will also be used for the client´s internal needs to record, manipulate, invoice and reconcile the billing data for the companies teleconferencing business.
